Doctor Summarize how you obtained this perk? (50 word minimum) At first she would conduct a few surguries to remove branded tissue from a bunch of initiates and knights in the brotherhood. From this she would learn some basics on surgury. Later on she would conduct a series of tests on certain chems, from that she would figure out how addictive certain chems are compared to others and how to correctly regulate chem usage in the brotherhoods ranks.
