Prophets Log, Day 2.

Recent Events have forced us to reconsider our efforts and double down on moving. Before, much of the flock was against this new home. But now? After what the world has done to the New Canaanites, seeing them overwhelmed and strung up on crosses so easily? Atom Bids us to consider our own position in Utah, we live exposed and weary. The travels have put weight upon our minds ten times heavier than the distance we travelled. The fabled uranium mines remain elusive, but we cannot search for them further until we are secure. 

And to be secure, we need a home. We have found such a home beneath the dirt, a large dwelling finally fit for the name Atoms Sanctuary, we have the materials, we have the location, now we simply need to assemble the drill and its power source. 

 

Beginning the work for the day, my Inquisitor set off to do the most labor intensive job first. 

Than of course myself, doing the job that required a bit of a gentler touch, and assembling the engine, and the stairs leading to it. With some help, of course.

With this, the drill was complete and we were ready. The only thing we had left to do was dig, and hopefully, this time we would find our mark.
