What do you want to be changed? change NCR officer mutant armor from 38% dr 5% speed reduction to 37% dr 10% speed reduction with PA boost. (it can require training and cores) Explanation of suggestion? Statistically this is objectively a nerf aside from the PA part, but this armor just really isn't that good considering ranger armor (which is alot easier to get through our ranks) is 37% dr with no speed reduction. We think that by making mutant officers have PA boost and be quite a bit slower we can make this armor at least have some sort of noticeable discernation from the other armors that are arguably better. Even mutant PVTs get 35% dr with no speed reduction. In the past (CGC) mutant officer armor has had broad shoulders and PA stats and it was never a problem, so I can't see it affecting balance heavily, ecspecially since we only have 2 sets fielded and one of them belongs to someone who is retired. I hope these stats are agreeable and balanced, but we are open to feedback. How or why does this benefit the server? i want to have awesome armor and not be compelled to just use ranger instead Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion? no (Posted for Kyle)
