Due to the Legion's expansion, the future King of Gecko's would travel along with his pack avoiding them and going after many random Wastelanders and other creatures in the Wasteland. As the Gecko grew older, it would stray away from it's pack and go off on it's own as it would explore the wasteland and hunt down many Wastelander's by itself, due to it's somewhat abnormal intellect due to being closer of that of an original Gecko (98% Gecko, 2% Mutated) it would set up many effigies to guard it's territory. Eventually though a lone Legionary walked into it's territory and challenged the Gecko as it would be the new Legate, Carnifex, as he came to seek personal glory against the wild beast.
