Why do you want to be a staff member?(100 word minimum): A consistent problem with CGC/Divide I have noticed for a long while is mostly the low interest in staff team overall. Most of the staff team is willing and able to accept tickets, but more often than not it comes down to a conflict of interests/bias when they have to come take the tickets. I remember in CGC Shroomie was one to almost take every staff ticket including while we were in the middle of doing RP on either Think Tank or Cyber Initiative, though he was hated by most the community (because he hated everyone), he would at least give or make the effort to ensure that the community would get PKs/Tickets/Cases done quickly as possible to move back. I would like to give back to the FalloutRP community who has (somewhat) been nice to me most of the time. I can also give some extra support to the staff team when they are unable to take a ticket due to Bias/conflict of interests! I have most experience doing Staffing in Nutscript due to SWRP Vanguard (Lenny/Kylo/Weasel) server. I told him to make his application as I've known Biggums/Panicemu since 4.0 CGC he's a competent member who's been around for quite a long time and can make quite a difference especially if he ever reaches Management or SC. He understands what's becoming of a Staff member and member of the community and is one of my trusted friends who I haven't spoken to in such a long time.
