Make a rule against trading weapons between factions for wars. 

Explanation of suggestion?

Make a rule against trading weapons between factions for wars. And to avoid loopholing this rule, ban the use of similar traded weapons in wars that were traded previous to the war being called. You know how when you call a war on a faction? Great! Now, imagine a moment in time where you have said faction dead to rights. They've done something stupid to get a war reason on them, and you're there to collect. Now skip forward to war day, you're hyped up, and ready to win but then all of a sudden you notice that this faction has high-ends from every corner of the server. Why should this be a feature? I can get behind making a character for a war as an ally or friend but trading high-ends for virtually no return other than "I don't like faction x, so I will give my high-end to faction y so that they get an insane advantage!". We have restock timers, limited stock, high prices on good guns for a reason. This practically side steps that entirely when a faction can go to their allies, and collect their best equipment to field out.

How or why does this benefit the server?

It would make wars more authentic, and the dynamic between two factions would be a lot more fair when they're forced to use their own weapons, and armor. It is simply not fair to have a war be called, and then all of a sudden you appear with a bunch of high-ends that you have no business using.

Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion?

Weapon Contracts are something I really don't want touched, they already have to be looked through by Staff Council anyways, but I see your point. I would only agree to the fact that 1.) Can't provide the same weapon you traded in a prior war, and 2.) Weapon Contract terms should be greatly extended. (Example could be if Legion loan an MG42 to Fiends for a war but lose, so they have to pay additional ramifications to Legion for wasting their time, etc.)

Nah he's kinda cooking with this. Some factions get retarded good high ends because of other parts of their vendor and it fucks it up completely when they hand that shit out to someone else. 

Either make it a rule or SC just need to be way more harsh on nerfing peoples shit when they hand it out so much.

Keep in mind, it sometimes tends to be situational. When the COA v. Unity Conquest was done, we stood a fighting chance given we were loaned weapons from Legion to withstand Unity's tank mutants. (Contracts were did in advanced!)

I agree with the fact that constantly trading/selling weapons from a faction vendor to another faction, ESPECIALLY for wars should be looked at but outright banning them is jumping the gun when there are alternative ways to revise it. If there's another custom v. core conquest, which is now likely with the territory system, this just puts customs at a disadvantage.

Conquests are a form of war, both base type conquests and mega war conquests, both share the fact that they're 1v1s.

Yeah and NCR have the body count advantage, OP F1, and mutants. Using the EVENT war as an example is retarded no one had anything to lose it was for fun.

body count advantage = more active faction. OP F1 like you dont have bozar, ppsh, super sledge, ballistic fist, martini, and banners. mutants are fair I can't and could never defend them, BUT you can still 1 tap them. and then why did you need 6 traded guns for the event war?

Me when the 80 dr that is faster than me in 70 dr outsnipes my anti mat with bozar because of screen shake with snipers when getting hit

Idk what to tell you about the numbers advantage, all cores recruit everyone and a core shouldnt get balanced around how active it is

My thing is for high ends SC has to approve the contract so for wars SC know when a war is gonna happen so if they approve it, its valid but i understand if you want a rule saying basically no contracts like  2 days before the war or something but all contracts involving high ends must be approved by SC Before they happen

Banning the trade of weapons for wars won't necessarily be accepted, but rather they will be more considered, and the decision of weapon trades will likely be opened to admin+ for more impartial voting.
