Length of Time on the Server: 6 Months Divide; 2 Years if including OG Incursion (don't get it mixed up with the backdooring man's "Incur-Shit").

Why do you want to be a staff member?(100 word minimum): Long and Short Story:

Short/TLDR: I've been getting a lot of people who ask for my guidance and help even though I am not a full-fledge staff member and wish to help them further.

Long Story: After having spent the last 3 months into Event Team Lead, I feel as though I know enough of the server and its individuals to want to push my limits further. Even though I am not fully a staff member, I do partake in Staff Meetings, remain transparent with members of the Community while asking for input, giving off my input for specific topics, and just help provide activities for the community via events. I remain to the best of my ability as neutral as possible in terms of wanting to have issues resolved, being bluntly honest and holding people accountable. The various posts below that I have referenced showcase how much I would hold staff accountable to a degree in terms of bans or deliberated action, pointing out rules where they matter, and establish compromises that I feel would be arguably fair to some extent.

Vinny, a prior Event Team Lead to Solozealot before I took the mantle of Event Team Lead, had attained the role of Staff Council. Although I don't see that as an obtainable goal is a fever dream. I know there are people that DM me to ask me questions to ask for my help even though I am not qualified to because of the level of permissions I have been given. I have earned at least the ability a full seat on the staff table than just the kid's table.

Previous Staff Experience: None, 3 Months of Event Team Lead.

What Skills/Attributes do you bring to the table?: Beginner's Level Skill in commands, ranging from TPing, Kick Players, Removing PET flags, and PK Active.

How old are you?: 22

What are your past bans on the Server (if any): None, I am a saint.

No RDM (Random Death Match) - Killing Someone has to be within the guidelines of RP.
No utilization of Out-of-Character (OOC) knowledge In-Character (IC)
- This is both the No Metagaming and No OOC in IC/IC in OOC rules.
No Powergaming - Allow players the possibility to interact with Roleplay
- In other words, no saying you have "Magical Powers" that make you invulnerable
No DDoSing or Doxing of other players of the community
No NSFW nor Erotic Roleplaying (ERP) Allowed

No Impersonating as a Staff Member
No Hacking or Cheating

In-Game Rules that I can list without looking from the rules page:

You may not kidnap to mug, brand, or enslave someone until the reach Level 10/11.
A player has 3 options upon joining the server: Loot, Join a Faction, or Starve.
A Player must conduct /ME's that are withing the limitations of Roleplay (Referring to the Powergaming Rule!)
FearRP works in which a Player is outnumbered 2:1 (A Player is surrounded by 2 Players with guns drawn against them). Power Armor and Mutants count for 1.5 Players. (Need 3 "Normals" or 2 PA/Mutants to FearRP).
Robots can only be FearRP through /me hacking. If the Robot consents to being hacked, it takes one successful /me; if he refuses, the player must do two consecutive successful /me hackings to inflict FearRP
You may not steal items from crates or similar containers utilized in trade. Its a secured transaction and failure to abide is scamming.
Report any and all exploits to Staff/Staff Council.
Research is conducted through /mes in order to obtain something for your faction. 1 IRL day counts for 3 Research Days...

Do I even need to continue with the bullshit rule listings? I'm doing a Bachelor's in Acting, Sherlock can see I can fucking memorize the rules. I'm just showing off at this point.
