Agility stat question

A perception or intel point gives 1% extra damage, up to 30% with 30 points

A luck point gives you 2% extra XP, at 25 luck you get 18 xp from looting a crate and at 0 luck you get 12 xp (at 30 luck its prolly 19.2 xp)

What about agility ? How much does 1 point of agility affect your speed?

Not entirely sure but I believe it simply adds 1 velocity to your characters speed.

So 235 base speed with 10 agility is 245 speed.

I think that answers it thank you 

do you happen to know if armors that give you 10% speed buff also set you to 245 from 235 speed? Or would it be 258? 
 

The reason for this thread is because I currently have to choose between a hat that gives me 6 special points or one that gives me 5% speed

I think the % speed boost goes off of your default movement speed without any agility. So 5% boost would be 5% of 235 on top of your agility speed.
