[balance] rad rifle, dude.

What do you want to be changed?

Change radium rifle to guaranteed rad damage.

Explanation of suggestion?

Radium rifle, currently, has a radiation feature that is oddly balanced. If you have no rad protection, you get 3 shot, if you do, it takes around 10 shots to kill 65/70dr. 

The suggestion is simple, lower the amount of radiation damage it does to 4/5 per shot but make it guaranteed like the gamma gun.
Im aware this may bump it up to a high mid-end or low high-end but im willing to accept that and the changes that may come with it.

How or why does this benefit the server?

Makes the weapon more evenly balanced, and makes it so the weapons feature is a more prominent aspect of it's damage.

Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion?

No let it do have the rad damage and don’t change how much damage it does either BUT let chems like rad x and cleansing power actually be useful and have them be the main counter to the gun and increase all rad chems price in f1 or move them to khans / followers

Nnnnoo I don't think we want guaranteed 10rad damage per shot with the exception of rad-x, because by the time you realize your being shot by a radium rifle and pop rad-x your probably dead from standing still to do it. 

 

Not asking for it to be More powerful, just askin for it to be powerful in a different way.

It does 22 damage with 600 RPM, without rad damage it's straight up worse then some of the smgs in the servers. I wouldn't mind getting an RPM nerf with it, that's fine as long as it's not anything crazy.

 

Unless your fighting someone without radman, then they get shredded immediately regardless of armor, hell they could be in FL armor they'll still get fucked. I don't like that, it feels weird.

I want it to be more balanced.

I want it to be more balanced.

Id say if it's a high end if should keep these stats and get the rad damage but if not a small rpm nerf would make some sense

Not technically a high end but it is COAs only other gun and expensive, too. 13k for a weapon that is a 12.7 smg with more 9 ammo in 87% of all cases. So I wouldn't. Be opposed to it being classified as one.

 

Also if you agree why are you thumbs downing the post?
