FORMAT:

Question 1) What is your in-game name?: PVT. Mathew Cabbot

Question 2) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:419507501

Question 3) Discord ID: .snubbo/Snubbo#8463

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?:
Well I actually am really interested in how the NCR in this server operates and I believe that it has a lot of potential for once unlike on other servers. I have noticed the NCR kind of dying a little bit in terms of active character count some days so that's also partially what motivates me to do this.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?:
If I were to be instated as Colonel my first thought to come to mind is to finally push for an end of sorts for the blasted raiders that have harassed our men and women of this fine Republic! Start by taking Freeside under the Bear's Shield and protecting it as well as working with the nearby population to ensure it continues to be safe. I'd like to follow a strict code of conduct and follow the ideals of a certain fella in Dayglow.... What was his name? Hayes or something? Either way he has a good idea I like to think. A proper unity for the Mojave and the ideals of democracy is what will drive me to achieve such goals.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?:
Well out of character wise I have led a handful of factions on other Gmod servers as well as out of Gmod servers. I have been considered a rather harsh leader but also a fair one when the time calls for it. I believe that thanks to my time leading and managing a bunch of guys and minges sticks me out amongst other candidates considering I have been doing the whole leadership thing for years at this point. I had actually led a faction on an old server I was in, Fallout Alaska, where I led a faction called the Alaskan Rangers, pretty cool guys if ya ask me. Apologies for being side tracked but still I believe such experience differentiates me quite a lot.

Question 1) What is your in-game name?:

Shock Deputy Co. Taylor Swift

Question 2) SteamID:

STEAM_0:0:55647519

Question 3) Discord ID:

bigposeidog

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?:

People within the faction are asking me to be it. And I have no problem with leading it.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?:

Keeping it real. Build on what the faction has currently, and an expansion of NCO's to support activity, instead of what im used to do that is super focus on having a lot of officers (talon paradigm). That way running NCR in a more effective way that is not only focused on it's PVP side, which should be covered. But doubling down on the rp aspect of it.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?:

Experienced unless chernon applies. With the support of a lot of people within the faction (although not of the group of people Im used to old talon goons).

Labeling Wagner Group as a terrorist organization could pave the way for more significant sanctions

(NCR under me)

Question 1) What is your in-game name?: Kerry Scott

Question 2) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:12692473

Question 3) Discord ID: theshonx

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: I believe that I have the proper expertise and prior experience in order to lead the NCR to greatness both on and off the battlefield, I already have some ideas as to how I would improve the NCR and improve relations.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: Personally my core principals fall on a few pillars. Loyalty, Respect, Fun, and Discipline. I believe that a core faction such as the New California Republic needs all of the core ideals to keep a strong standing army. As the new Colonel I would work on improving relationships with certain factions that I believe share our ideals or at the very least provide the Republic with strategic advantage and mutual gain. I also plan to host meetings with NCR NCOs and above to ensure that all members are on the same page of our current objectives. Additionally I plan to make the NCR a better trained fighting force, by hosting a more practical training program that is quick and fun, yet effective in providing new personnel with the PVP experience needed to make a difference on the field of battle and during events.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?:

I have over 7 years of Gmod, five M and ArmA3 Roleplay experience, and in a more specific context I have experience in leading factions similar to the NCR, I was a SWAT Second in Command in GamingLight's Police RP community which runs in a similar fashion to the NCR when it comes down to PVP and off time roleplay. Overall I believe I would be a good fit to lead the NCR for greatness. I am able to keep a level head in stressful scenarios and I can formulate simple easy to understand battle plans for our raids and events.

Question 1) What is your in-game name?: Torr Buckner

Question 2) SteamID: 76561199089844784

Question 3) Discord ID: jackinthe_box

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: I have been in NCR for about a year now and understand fully the roleplay of each division. I also want to run because a lot of non competent people will run and my understanding of the rules and rp is very good.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: I would keep most of the divisions the same as they are doing well but I would promote people to infantry command who grind it and earn it so that the lowered ranked and skilled people would have a sense of direction if the colonel isn't around. I would also have a policy that everyone has to work for everything, sure some people would be promoted to high ranks to fill some slots and I would help troops and divisions get weapons but generally climbing in a division or in infantry would take work. Our relations would be based off of our motives and morals and who actually does good to and with us.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?: Most people just want 90dr and what comes with it but I want the NCR to actually get pushed into a good position, I mostly understand what it will take and I am always open to ideas and thoughts. I am also not toxic.

Question 1) What is your in-game name?: Sergeant Desmond Wolf

Question 2) SteamID: 76561197988936502

Question 3) Discord ID: Desmond#2284

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: Honestly, I really want to redeem myself for the mistakes I made after I stepped down from Colonel in 2017. My Colonelship is remembered fondly by most people that still remember it, but the ensuing two years after are plagued by stains both directly and indirectly caused by my arrogance, ego, and longing to return to a position of influence in the NCR. Thankfully, the time and distance from the faction has done me well mentally, and I really would like the chance to return to once again make the NCR a fun, engaging place to be. I already have a plan, a mountain of documents, and an ocean of passion just waiting to be released, all I need is the opportunity.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: The New California Republic is, and always will be centered around the idea of order, organization, and democracy. Without systems and standard operating procedures in place to maintain these, all efforts to sustain and grow the faction falter. In addition, the NCR has always been one of the most passionate factions as well, investing themselves in the lore of the NCR, and the values they stand for. My plans to embrace these core values and ideals and share them with the faction include:

- A Colonel (and a battalion command staff) that is not only extremely active, but also receptive to feedback from every rank and position within the NCR. If one area is neglected, the entire system is harmed.

-  A totally reworked discord, with overhauled channels meant to communicate expectations, responsibilities, policies, and announcements and changes in a clean, concise, and timely manner.

- A reworked ranking structure to cut the fluff out and ensure that people who hold certain ranks have clearly defined and unique responsibilities, all the way from the lowest private to the highest staff officer. It isn't the rank that matters to players, it's what they can do with it and the power they wield at that rank that does. In addition, this ranking structure would also integrate new methods of promoting individuals, without the need for outrageously high amounts of Time in Grade or Time in Service requirements. We all have lives to live, those that are cut out for the work should be able to do it.

- A totally refreshed set of documents to streamline trainings and policies, and add additional documentation for more advanced trainings meant to hone the PVP, PVE, leadership, and roleplay skills of the battalion.

- A completely different outlook on how the faction conducts itself. While I wouldn't change how individual detachments command and organize their men, I think integrating a larger number of roleplay events for promotions, faction relations, government / high command visits,  parades, etc and other events to reinforce the military roleplay aspect of the faction would do a lot of good to break up the monotony of raids, patrols, raids, patrols, etc.

- A new and improved feedback system. Gathering feedback from all levels of command and membership is critical to improving the NCR and keeping it healthy long term because good ideas can come from anywhere, and I could be just as blind to issues as anybody else.

- Lastly, I want to add more out of character roleplay in the discord for anybody interested in that sort of thing. While it may be a small number, I think its really good to see IC NCR news, reports from the front, character backstories, ands stuff like that happening in the discord to further encourage roleplay for anybody that wants to engage.

- A lot more ideas, dm me for anything further. Already have a bunch of docs made for this stuff too, lmk if you want to see them.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?: I could say my experience, my time served in the NCR, but I don't think any of that really matters that much anymore. What I can say makes me special, is my passion for the faction and the lore. Despite what people have said about me in the past, nobody can refute that I am one of the most passionate NCR players in this game mode, and that passion can be channeled into a great number of things to help improve the faction. At the end of the day, it's not about me. It's never been about me. It's always been about the NCR. Regardless of who wins, they will have my full support in the continued improvement of the NCR.

God Bless the New California Republic.

idk if I can but imma vouch for this guy since he helped make and implement most of the docs that are currently being used, and he seems very interested in the NCR as a faction. And Alf too since he's been extremely active and has helped create and fund the branches into what they are currently they both are amazing picks in my opinion.
