BreadCat Posted December 21, 2023 at 03:06 PM Share Posted December 21, 2023 at 03:06 PM So, as some of you know, I recently used a mod in Fallout 4 to play as my Mutant Detective character, Smarty. I decided to post some of the funniest screenshots I got while using the mod. It's worth pointing out that the mod I use completely destroys Power Armor, for everyone. Not only will the game crash if I enter PA, but every character who IS wearing PA, had a horribly broken skeleton, and their ragdoll would fling them into the skybox. I played Smarty as a stealth build, because I thought it was hilarious. I also decided to side with the Railroad, because as you'll soon see, the Rocket's Red Glare mission led to some funny moments. Smarty needs to convince Myrna that he's human. Even though I used an Alternate Start mod, I did get to see Smarty in the vault pod during the memory den segment. Smarty rizzing up Magnolia (Anyone else find the lighting very aesthetically pleasing for some reason?) Very impressed with how good the Mod looked during dialogue, it was very natural most of the time. Smarty's memory problems are really catching up with him..... Smarty officially becomes the Uncle Ruckus of Super Mutants A new Smarty reaction imagine to use at your discression Smarty during Christmas! Also gives you a better look at his whole body. Incase any of you were wondering what Father looked like, here he is. This gave me nightmares. Smarty in a Rad Storm. I just liked how this picture came together. I also used Home Plate as my main player home. Smarty infiltrating the Prydwen during Rocket's Red Glare. (Yes, I had to take my clothes off to put on the BOS disguise, which arguably makes this funnier) Yup. Routine Inspection, nothing weird going on here. Truly, the Brotherhood's incompetence has reached a new low. Smarty has successfully destroyed the Prydwen. The Institute wasn't far behind. Overall, I really enjoyed this playthrough. The only complaint I have about the mod is that a lot of my custom mod weapons didn't work with the Super Mutant Mod, which was to be expected. Also, the sprinting animation in third person actually made you slower than you would be if you just ran normally. I have no idea how, but it did. Finally, the ragdoll on death really bugs out, but it didn't cause any problems and was mostly humorous. If you have any questions about my playstyle for Smarty, or the choices I made, feel free to ask them. I don't know if I'm allowed to put Nexus Links on here, but here's the name of the mod if you wanna try it yourself: "Playable Super Mutant - WIP" by Abbalovesyou on Nexus. This playthrough would literally not be possible without them, so I appreciate it. The Detective Outfit and Hat came from "Super Mutant Clothes" by m150 on the Nexus, and there's an optional file for "Playable Super Mutant" that allows you to put them on yourself. Smarty wouldn't be complete without his outfit, so my thanks to m150 as well.
