Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: The NCR currently sits in position that many say is ruining. While there are good potential candidates, I offer myself as prospective for the best one. I care for this faction and the members it has, and the members that it will inevitably receive in future.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: Firstly, I have mingled with many elements of current NCR and find myself in good standing with most if not every member I know. What NCR is craving mostly is an activity, stability, and competitiveness. Primary method is focus on faction core; ensuring that main force of NCR is having the help and guidance to become strong of themselves with strong backbone of reliable, reorganised NCO Corps. This will be first building block, and provide to the sub-divisions in NCR strong pool of members to pull for their own usages. NCR must become more serious faction within a reason and not laughing stock of server for previous happenings. 

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?: I am not old veteran and have untainted view of NCR in its current shape. This view is more grounded and not tarnished by former versions of NCR. Doubters can say of this is lack of experience, but there are plenty of resources and people for me to be cooperating with in order to make up for this. On top of this, I have mingled with many elements of current NCR and have easy comfort working with each person.

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: In order to keep the rank of Colonel for people who are in the faction, I will place an application. I want to see the NCR succeed and intend to make it happen if I'm selected.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: I would remove rangers and recon and have infantry only. There would be only one rank for enlisted nco and officer. I would be the only HC and make all the decisions. If anyone says anything negative about me they will get removed instantly. The core principles of my NCR would be loyalty, servitude, labor, and loyalty. Any faction hostile with NCR will be forced to work on the sharecropper for 20 minutes and not a single second less. This will ensure a healthy income. By oppressing any and all factions that are weaker and forcing them to go neutral with us and pay us to stay neutral, we would rule over the land like how we are supposed and make more money.

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: My Motivation for going for Colonel is to bring order into the NCR and clean up all the fluff inside of it, while building the Infantry Corps up to perfection by putting the Spotlight on them.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: The biggest Core Principle is having a strong infantry division, without a strong infantry division, Rangers and Recon get no recruits, and the whole operation crumbles. If I become Colonel, Infantry would be getting the best treatment, better than Recon and Rangers. Something I also think that needs to be fixed is distribution of weapons. Rangers keep their weapons in ranges, like the Ranger Carbine, Heavies would keep their heavy weapons, and Recon would keeps their long range weapons, such as snipers, and shotguns such as the Maple Lever Action, etc.

Throughout this whole wipe, I have been under all the other Colonels of Divide's life span, aside from the very first. I have the knowledge on what made Desmond, Alf, and Cosmic good and what made them bad. I also have a clear head on WHAT I want for the faction. A mixture of RP and PvP, bolster the Infantry Corps, and keep clear distribution on weaponry.

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?:
My motivation for running for Colonel is more personal than merely wanting to see the NCR flourish or even win senseless battles against my adversaries. My goal in running for Colonel and getting the job I currently have is to give myself another opportunity. I served as the BOS's HC a year or two ago when Billy was the Elder. With Billy gone, it was just Kiba, Cam, and me. When Kiba was still in his early stages of Elder, Cam had personal stuff to do so it was just me and Kiba. He made a poor decision under duress, and BOS suffered as a result. All I did was not caring or even giving a dam what happen, I gave him no assistance at all, and in the end, I let him and the BOS perish. I'm making every effort make amends and do better for not only me but also the NCR.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?:

I will put this into section on how I will conduct my self during my term as COL first being ideologies and principles then after that I will display the ideas I have for each and every divsion.

Ideology:
My Ideology for the NCR can be sum up with 3 words "Whatever It Takes". I will do whatever it takes that is in my power to win for the bear. Even if its acts of villiany for example using my trooper as a subject to mutification to gain numbers to fight PA users or even turning them into horrific creature to stomp out a BOS invasion in New Cananee. The character of Cole Senko and what he truly wants for the NCR is to make it great and the drive to purge the wasteland of the tribals scum and slavery who inhabit it. I connect his truma and goals that to my own personally goals that I have for the NCR. The intirity to this dictator ship is the idea/saying of "I means to a end"

Infantry

The King will always need his knights. I see infantry as a necessity for the NCR to truly win. It not going to mean I will focus on this branch or any of branch. Not one branch should be focus on, every branch as important to the NCR and is needed for the NCR to win. This will be how I will have my infantry set up. There will be the main infantry where everyone will start out in, then we will have the sub-branches that being Medic and heavy. Both will be run by its respected so with there own pros and cons. with the deducation of RP on both side, for example Heavys after a battle will do PA repair and check up RP/training future PA users while medic will do daily check and can proscribe medication(even illegal chems if approve but a officer+).  Infantry will also have gear locked to them and only a officer+/Leader of infantry will be able to give permission for other branches/unit to uses there equipment.

 

Recon

Recon will always be the elite branch/unit in infantry which everyone should strive to become. My main goal for recon is to have them as spec ops who would get there hands dirty doing the dirty deeds of the NCR like heavy interrigation, inflitration and espeange. I plan on utilizing there reconnaissance and there training on intel gathering as my men in black. As for number I plan on keep them low to not only inspire competitiveness within the infantry to try harder than they ever did to gain that eliteness within the NCR. There will also be locked weapon to recon so give them specialty and personallity

Ranger

The Ranger are the Superman to the Recon Batman. They show hope and glory and are the main symbol of the NCR They show compassion but there they also arent scared to take the lives of other to save the weak and vulnerable. I plan i'm keep them that way and utilizing them more for publicity but also keep them as the hero of the wasteland by giving them more hostage rescue mission. There number will also stay low like Recon to give trooper who inspire to become ranger to work hard for that position. simalire to recon they will also get weapon specific to them to encourage individuality llike recon.

Gamma
Gamme will play more of the role of a tank/vanguard and will be the for-front of the NCR combatant. I trust gamma squad to the repersentive of good mutants of the waste and showing all that mutants are not mindless killing machines. Gamma will also be allowed to join any division that they see fit to give them more freedom and RP towards that divison.

What distinguishes me from the others?? I've always been known as the guy who likes to screw about, but I believe that, of all the contenders, I'm the only one with a clear objective and the motivation to work hard to preserve and grow the NCR so that others who come after me won't have to put in as much effort or even endure the mistakes of their forebears. I firmly think that I am the only one who have the time and means to improve the NCR and its citizens, and I'll stop at nothing to achieve my ultimate objective. Thats why I think I'm different from my other competitors.

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: I've seen the NCR in constant turmoil since I joined. I wish to bring consistent activity, unity, and glory back to the NCR. 

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies shape your vision for the faction?: My core principle for the NCR faction is compartmentalization. I aim to establish consistent activity within the NCR across all its branches, including Infantry, Recon, and Rangers. I will appoint competent personnel in key commanding positions in each division to ensure growth and stability. In the past, Colonels have taken on the entire burden of the NCR's problems, leading to inefficiency and burnout. Instead of managing all of NCR myself, I intend to appoint reliable individuals to manage specific divisions and subdivisions down to the enlisted ranks, creating a proper Chain of Command – something the NCR has lacked until now. My Ideology is simple: Responsibility, Ownership, and Fun. Since this is an RP server, I aim to provide entertainment and joy to my subordinates.

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?: I have a unique advantage over my fellow candidates. I have served as a soldier and leader in the NCR during each Colonel's tenure. This has allowed me to observe and learn from their shortcomings and actions. As a result, I have more experience and knowledge regarding the NCR than any other candidate. I also want it to be known that under my leadership as the Infantry Division Leader, the NCR has seen a massive and consistent activity throughout all divisions, especially Infantry.
