Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: i want to Bring the NCR back to it's former glory because nowadays I barely see the faction on anymore 

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: my plan to establish NCR is by giving what the wasteland needs most which is the RULE OF LAW with Militarization, Diplomacy, Support, and Economic Growth. my principles and ideologies will come straight from the lore of the fallout games so the faction can stay true to it's original vision, which is something i feel some core factions lack (no more garbage NCR and Enclave neutrality) 

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?: what differentiates me from other candidates is that i will make due on my promise, if i become Colonel i can promise you that the NCR with my leader ship skills will no longer be a joke on the server they will be feared and have a strong presence on the wasteland once more because at the moment we are no better then a waster faction, which is why i think i'm the best thing for the NCR faction lead role

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?: My motivation for the Colonel position is to try my best to revive the Infantry Corps and Ranger Division, as those divisions are severely lacking in activity, and to keep it active in any way I can. NCRs been good to me, and it's a shame to see it in the situation it's in at the current moment. 

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?: Something that's bothered me while in NCR is that the RP has been lacking to say the least. If I was made Colonel, I would brink back NCR checkpoints and outposts back, interacting with any wastelanders and putting up recruitment centers, as I think RP like this would really breathe life back into the faction.

While I may have not been in NCR as long as Cosmic, I have been able to do one thing: Keep my division alive. I know how to keep members interested in a division. With the Rank of Colonel, I'll be able to do it with the whole faction, and make NCR an active powerhouse with a strong RP AND PVP mindset.

Question 4) What is your motivation for applying to the Colonel position?:
The position of Colonel has been one of those positions I have gunned for since my time in CGC NCR. It is a leadership role I have seen be misused, misinterpreted and ultimately undermined. The leadership of the NCR has always been the backbone of how the faction is run, not the regular troopers, nor the “goated” 1st Recon, nor the rangers or shock doing really weird RP, but the Colonel being the only person to orchestrate how the faction is run, and it is my goal to have a golden age of a fun, realistic, and most importantly, engaging, NCR faction.

Question 5) How do you intend to initiate the establishment of the NCR? Furthermore, what are the core principles and ideologies that shape your vision for the faction?:
The NCR as a faction is already established, the worryingly PVP and Mugging active 1st Recon have recently made sure of that. The NCR requires a revamping, revitalisation, and realignment of its structure, goals, and assets. The core of this plan involves 3 principles; Uniform, Structured and Equal.

A Uniform NCR ensures every person is on the same page about the objective of the faction. This principle involves the practices of meetings, faction polls, announcements, and management of leadership and leadership goals. The uniformity of the “Staff Officers” of the NCR have always ensured players have fun experiences and have always brought a great dynamic coming to faction rivalries and integration of RP in PVP/PVP in RP.

A Structured NCR ensures all players viewing the right person as their direct superior. For instance, A private would not ask a Colonel for battle plans, Nor a SGT ask a ranger to lead his troopers. To enable a strong ranking structure to functions, the above statements of uniformity would come into play, having staff officers delegating tasks, and this trickling down to the lower ranks, ensuring everyone has something to do and ensuring they are HAVING FUN with said tasks. The structuring of other divisions, and the NCR as a whole also are included in this principle. With 1st recon more integrated with the NCR as a whole, Rangers being more intertwined with wasteland interactions and wastelanders as a whole, and current divisions being completely overhauled in terms of directive, structure, and procedures. 

 

An Equal NCR is to see a full circle of the plan, to install the first two principles, it would complete this final third principle. The NCR is a faction known worldwide, it is one of the most famous Fallout entities to date, to accomodate this nature of the faction, it is to ensure every person gets an equal recognition for the effort put in. An example would be if a late night EU NCR trooper spends 5 Hrs farming, and receives 0 recognition, while an NA or Early morning EU player spends 2hrs farming and gets promoted. An Equal NCR principle would ensure this would be minimised as much as possible. There are several plans I have had, some 2-3 years old from old CGC days, that would fix this if implemented. This principle also includes equal amount of recognition across divisions and groups of players, ensuring everyone gets their share of a very underused limelight. 
 

Question 6) What differentiates you from other candidates and makes you the ideal choice for the Colonel position?:

I have seen the NCR rise and fall over 4 years, 5 maps, 2 servers and 6 Colonels; all with the good, the bad, and the ugly. I know what calibre is needed to fill the shoes of the NCR Colonel. It is that of some one who is stoic, understanding, logical, and administrative. The role of the Colonel is to lead, to ensure the complete and utter completion of the goal he (or she) set. My goals are that of a fully realised, fun, active, and realistic NCR. A place for both PVPers and RPers, for those who want to go full in and mug for the NCR, all the way to the casual 15-16yr G mod player who wants to blow off steam after school. I want my plan to be realised. I know where others have gone wrong and where others have gone right.
In terms of the skills and knowledge needed to lead, I have grown up on military bases, lived around military personnel and briefly was in the military, I know how things should work, and will apply my skills from my life, to ensure the continuation of a faction that does not deserve to fizzle out into inactivity. This is not to say the NCR will become a full /me salutes every half second NCR, but a more toned down, realistic, less sand bag RP, less ceremonial RP, more gritty, more detailed, more fun and over all, more thrilling NCR. With this, there is always the cycle of the Gmod NCR faction, and I hope to become the next Colonel in this cycle that brings the NCR up on its feet, and get its charging out into the wasteland once again.
