Policy:

The New California Republic Correctional Facility (NCRCF) is intended to be used to correct in-mate behavior and aid them in compliance under NCR Federally approved law. Those admitted into the NCRCF will undergo a 1 week reconditioning program that will aid them in returning to the outside world.

 

Those who have compliance issues and or consistently break laws, martial or federal, are applicable to be sentenced to NCRCF Reconditioning. After the 1 week program has ended, the in-mate will be returned to their place of residency. If the inmate does not respond to the program they will be kept until rehabilitation is complete.

Acceptable reasons that can get you sent to the NCRF for re-conditioning:

- All pk reasons 

- approved event results 

- Players consent (With admins approval) 

- Staff council approved reason 

- breaking NCR laws if NCR soldier/citizen(edited)

( OOC Implications )

All players admitted into the NCRCF will be released after the specified duration has expired.

This is by technical definition, a temporary PK. If an NCR Personnel sends an individual to the NCRCF, that DOES act as a valid PK reason if he/she is kidnapped by someone(s) whom know/knew the victim in-mate.

 

It is the responsibility of the in-mate to request a Staff Member to return the previously admitted character to the wasteland after the time has expired. The 'PK' will then be undone.
