What do you want to be changed? Add gambling tables to the Vault. Explanation of suggestion? Add gambling machines, tables, etc to the Vault and have VT allow people entry into the Vault to use it. Some concerns were that VT would disallow anyone from using it, but that is untrue, as VT has had gambling tables in the past in the Vault (when House lived in the Vault two times prior) and that was not brought up as an issue. Even if VT is off, people can literally go Vault Dweller and open the door so I am not worried about it being impenetrable during down times. We know the top NCO one is our officer because it still has the privileges of Officer. What do you want to be changed? Research Boost of 1.5x for Vault-Tec Explanation of suggestion? I was told I needed to make a suggestion about it, so here we are. The Vault is advanced enough to start with a buff, comparatively speaking, to other factions who have a boost given VT has an impressive amount of products they have produced personally. On top of the fact the Vault would have the necessary Pre-War information to continue the survival of control/colonization Vaults, where intact information, resources and items can be found. (This list does not include weaponry that the Vault has built, experiments, etc which are numerous). West-Tek pales in comparison to the amount of products the Vault has built. How the Research Boosts would be incorporated would the storage facility that we commonly use in projects that, in RP, would be used to maintain the Vault and is how the Vault is able continue to manufacture it's own goods without requiring significant outside resources. How or why does this benefit the server? Bring Vault-Tec more in line and up-to-date with other factions who have some research boosts.
