While Kidnapping is PF's whole deal they Definitely have the ace card compared to Every other kidnapper, they don't have to go Close up like unity does with the mez or Knock people out with a thick wack to the Back of the head like a fiend with a sever Drug addiction. What I'm trying to say is simple, either Make a rule on it or nerf it so it lines more Up to a semi fair kidnapping system so Players can fight against it just a smidge More. What do you want to be changed? Add a rule that using a stealthboy is automatically KOS Explanation of suggestion? In the fallout games, using a stealthboy often indicates covert operations, hostile intent or an attempt to escape, following this fact, it makes sense to designate the user as KOS. For example, if a nightkin stealthboys around me, I am going to assume that I will be the target of an attack/kidnapping, if so, I should be allowed to spray and pray the area or in the scenario of a player with a stealthboy caught in a dangerous situation, could activate their stealthboy to escape without any consequences, disrupting the balance of the encounter. Apart from the PVP aspect, treating stealthboy users as immediate threats also enhances the immersive experience of the server. This rule will encourage players to think carefully before using a stealthboy, adding a layer of strategy. Players will need to weigh the benefits of temporary invisibility against the risk of being targeted by everyone, leading to more thoughtful and engaging gameplay. How or why does this benefit the server? This change benefits the server by maintaining balance, enhancing immersion, and encouraging strategic gameplay. ======================================================== What do you want to be changed? Change the rules on enslavement to where waste landers below level 20 may not be enslaved by anyone. Explanation of suggestion? This rule change is to protect new players who just started playing from getting intimidated off the server by PF or White legs or legion kidnaping and enslaving them for 20 minutes. How or why does this benefit the server? Because it allows new players to enjoy the server for their first time and not get a bad idea of it because a white leg or PF was feeling like it. What do you want to be changed? Add a rule where muggers can't give you caps just so you have enough to be mugged all your caps, simple as is. Explanation of suggestion? I have noticed a lot of raiders giving money to their victim just so they can mug the full amount, most of the time all of their money. This has happened to me and I didn't really care but it bugs me that they do it to low level characters such as recruits or low ranking members of the factions I'm in. Hell I'm pretty sure this is breaking the first rule of the Gameplay Rules which is this 1. Exploiting the game system is strictly prohibited. I just want it actually written down, that you can't just give money just to mug ALL of their money. How or why does this benefit the server? Poor players or low level people don't have to worry about losing all their caps because some dude wanted to mug a level 5 Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion?
