All suggestions are viewed by the entirety of the staff team at the weekly staff meeting. 2.) Upvotes and downvotes are taken into consideration on the suggestion, however, personal and professional opinions of the staff team as a whole decide the outcome. 3.) If there are any issues, or the suggestion requires a large amount of dev work, Staff Council will vote on the suggestion instead.
