Why should you be un-banned?: I think I should be banned yes for Toxicity, but I think the ban should be at least reduced (This is my first offense). I apologize for being overly toxic at other players on the forums and lashing out, even going as far as sending screenshots of their Reddit history. I know it wasn't right and it was immature and not a good look on me as a staff. For the doxxing part, the reddit was previously sent in Surge and it was public- although it wasn't right of me to send their history just to get back at them. I think personally there's been worse 'doxxing' cases in this community (i.e Thunderwolf's Twitter and My doxxing), but either way the situation was toxic. I apologize once more and hope I can get a reduction.

Exploiting What is your Steam ID and Discord ID: STEAM_0:1:493472397 dookieshidda Please provide any evidence you have regarding the incident that led up to your ban: Why should you be un-banned?: I was looking on doors to see if there were any interiors I didn't know about and one of the doors had a hidden dev weapon spawner, I didn't really use them except for on a buddy of mine and to flex on someone for a screenshot then I F1'd to get rid of them and never really used them. I think I may have used one on a fire gecko or something, but I don't really remember. Not asking for a full appeal, just a reduction to like 3 months and give my USAR T-60 and Gyro back to officer storage, as well as my DR lib to NCO storage.

What is your Steam ID and Discord ID: STEAM_0:0:511374435 / motherfucking Please provide any evidence you have regarding the incident that led up to your ban: N/A Why should you be un-banned?: The reasoning behind my ban is pretty simple, not gonna dispute that, but the length seems kinda harsh. A 3 day ban for breaking fearrp? I've seen people get less for much worse, like that BOS guy getting 15 hours for screaming the n word. I don't know if that's strictly true, but if it is, I don't think the argument of me having previous warnings really applies here either. I can't remember the last time I got banned on this server, if ever, and I certainly don't remember the last time I was warned for anything. I only recently came back to the server after a break, and I've been playing in this community since 4.0 CGC, so I've seen the flexibility of the rules that have been 'set in stone' supposedly. Saying that, apparently another one of the reasons why I was banned was because I was being toxic. I don't really know what staff defines as toxic anymore, but the worst I said to the 5 WBOS guys in PA who were kidnapping me was 'you guys are gaylords'. I've seen the spectrum of what people would call 'toxic' over the years, and it's gone from an MEF HC getting permabanned for calling someone the f word to BOS initiate freakout. I wouldn't classify me saying a playground insult as toxic, considering much worse has been said. If this is what's being considered as toxic now, then at least I know the benchmark and learn from it. Overall, I just wanna get back on server and hang out with my friends, and I'll take this as a sign to just take fearrp more seriously.

While talking to said exploiter i jokingly told him to explode the man head that was in front of us. After being told to explode his head i then laugh and from there recruit him to the PLA faction right before the war between unity and bos was called. Why should you be un-banned?: The reasoning for this ban was because of me recruiting an exploiter into my faction for a war. While what i did was not right and I am truly sorry for my action i dont believe it was grounds for a perma ban. I'm extremely regretful of my actions and truly sorry to all those who were affected by what had happened, and I will know to never to it again. Another reason why I do not believe it should be a perma ban is whenever I take a look at all other permaban able offenses it seems that the grounds for a perma ban needs to be extremely devastating. Seeing as what I had did didn't effect the server for longer than about 20 minutes I don't see a logical reason as to why I am permanently banned. When other people who have recieved perma bans have a definite reason behind it like doxxing, and hacking / exploiting. And even though it is second hand exploiting by knowingly allowing him to be in my faction, I had acted on impulse and didn't think it would spiral out of control to shabeel eventually trying to spam a fat man on server. My actions are not excusable although I do believe everyone is deserving of a second chance, and in the case I would never do something like this again. With this I would also like to mention that during the war the exploiter was not a strong factor of who won/lost the war. I would also like to add that we all know there was a legionnaire who used an OBS on the unity point about mid way in perma NLR which caused the war to be canceled and then refunded to the attacking faction to be used at a later date. With this action the user who had launched the OBS was only banned for 3 days and was later increased to 1 week. And The exploiter that was recruited to PLA was not involved in the perma nlr of the war because they were caught shortly before it was to start. Knowing all the background information of my ban I believe it is reasonable to try to get my ban reduced.

And with the whole advertising thing/player poach; honestly I was just talking to a friend about Fiends on the other server and showing them a fuck you sign I made and saying that I was having fun. If that's a major issue sure, but honestly I just do this all for fun and don't care if I get unbanned or not. Just another player is all and friends want me to play. I really have no reason other than that to come back as I find both the server I was on that is now dead as fuck and this one to just be all right honestly improved more I hear about it [this one], one being poop [dead one]. Idrc if I stay banned. But people that go "u used to call divide shit!" and yeah I did, got shown some things different so now I just think its ight but im not gonna take it back what I said before. but its obvious which server is worse lol.
