+1 Would be better on wipe to make everything simple incase things end up getting deleted. If this is done right we would be able to have builds for everyone playing and it wouldn't be shoved down a one path meta, and Sure there will be attachments are needed kinda how everyone needs Grim Healer when they pick perks. For the factions that researched these weapons a good comp in my mind is giving them an extra stock or a special version with increased stats (Not just damage) to make it right with the rarity increase.

Melee is by far the most flawed weapon class in server autos are able to shred your from any range due to hull but when I’m right in front of someone with a melee if they’re moving at all it’s a good chance it won’t land. Now before people say “melee does high damage” it really doesn’t for it to do the damage shown when you pull it out you have to at least charge it half way and by that point your probably already dead anyhow, so stack that with the fact melee hit reg is absolute slop its makes an unfun system that hardly anyone uses. It’s keeps things new and stops SC from getting burnt out and keeping the spot, if a SC is bad they won’t be their for eternity, stops them from keeping their factions hyper buffed, and gets rid of the SC that don’t do anything but help out their friends (not accusing anyone buts it’s happened in the past) and it would also make the SC value their position and time more meaning more growth and change for the community!!
