ha, you're funny.

Unfortunately give or take, while it's good to have a staff member in EU times, my main issue with you is that you could potentially be biased just based off the shit you say off forums. -1

Denied You may reapply in 2-Weeks.

It's unknown whether Tenpenny will remain as is for the Mojave map or convert back to house, you'll need to converse with @Vibez about that.

No no, you're fine. I just have a life and I don't indulge in the community as I used to so I pay attention to it less. Me, Shepherd, and Epsilon have practically been the only ones to actually TALK with the community so it's at least a step forward. As I said before, SC currently makes themselves like congress: SC could have a really good idea, but in the end can just get rejected by Ghoulseye. My personal advice, no more "one person" representation. It's better having a consensus. Also actually converting FL meetings to what I had planned instead of just announcements to what SC believes could "fix the server"

[Concept/maybe a feature] Charisma Check
ThunderWolf replied to The Crusader's topic in Accepted but not done
Go Fuck Yourself. lol. Partially Accepted This was already talked about in the last Staff Meeting, we intend to revamp and change Charisma in the future. For now, there's only a temp rule change. (See post below for details*) -
Welcome to the New California Republic Database! Please enter credentials:_ Loading... Loading... Loading... Please enter credentials:The Dawnbreaker Password Accepted. Name: Isaiah Wolf Age: 24 Weight: 193 Height: 5'7" Birthplace: The Boneyard, New California Affiliations: The New California Republic (Enlisted - Officer) The Followers of the Apocalypse (Hometown, Officer) United States Army Remnants (Connections) Far West Minutemen (Connections) Van Graffs' (Former Connections; No Longer Affiliated Pending 10/13/2278*) Brotherhood of Steel (Connections; Affiliated since 10/5/2278*) Crimson Caravan (Connections) Description: Isaiah Wolf was born in 2254 in the Boneyard of New California. Courtesy of the Followers of the Apocalypse' influence, Isaiah became a natural in developing very quickly given the Followers' quick array of knowledge at hand. This would be provided useful later when he would later service the Followers following disputes between the current Kimball administration and the Followers and their progress. Isaiah grew up as a volunteer, servicing in soup kitchens and helping as an independent carpenter. By age of 20, he would then enlist in service of the New California Republic in 2274, under the command of Colonel Tonio Shapiro (last name later renamed to Van Graff) of the Mojave Campaign. Conscripted into the NCR's Medical Corps, although underfunded and lacking resources, Wolf made the best of the situation, even after being the last Medic conscripted following the assumed death of Colonel Shapiro at the hands of the Desert Rangers (Updated 7/16/2276*, Tonio Shapiro was captured, fatally wounded but alive, he was later exonorated and given to the Van Graffs' in a plea deal.). Isaiah's luck would eventually come under scrutiny when he eventually was transferred to 3rd Company in one of the earliest expeditions towards Utah by 2276. Having established at the settlement of New Sterling, Isaiah butted heads with Colonel Enza Kilo about the lack of action done to enforce into the farther regions and pushing the Lion's Cohort back towards the Canyons of Zion. The Siege of New Sterling, having endured onslaught from various factions' distaste of the NCR, would continue up until 2277 when an unknown beam of light would come crashing into New Sterling's town square, killing various inhabitants (Updated 10/19/2278*, Research into whether the Nomads' "Sky God" being true is still currently under investigation). Due to the negligence of Colonel Kilo's command, Wolf abandoned all efforts to provide a formal retreat, only evacuating a small number of NCR Troopers before rescinding all future recovery efforts. On 11/4/2277, Isaiah Wolf filed a Whistleblower report on Colonel Kilo due to the failure of Operation Hearts and Minds. This would eventually cause a falling out, with Colonel Enza Kilo left publicly disgraced and other than honorably discharged. By May 2278, Isaiah Wolf was living off pension of the NCR, having retired months prior made in a deal through NCR's Shock Units. He would then live in the outskirts of the Mojave, setting up at Primm before reenlisting on June 18, 2278 following the further increased expansion of the Mojave Campaign. Encouraged by his father Desmond Wolf, he would reestablish the NCR Medical Corps which eventually made great strides in his Colonelship as well as Hawk and Cosmic Miller's Colonelships where he would then save President Kimball from near death. Several Months Later, Isaiah would then be redeployed back into the heart of Zion, leading the 3rd Battalion "Jackals" into assisting in Conflicts with the New Canaanites against the Whitelegs. Although a struggle in high command, Isaiah took initiative as a Senior NCO in the evacuation of the Zion Canyons, granting him a temporary position as Officer. Eventually upon being redeployed back to the Mojave Campaign, the Medical Corps would flourish under Colonel Wyatt "Archer" Stetson's leadership, which allowed more funding to come through which allowed Isaiah Wolf to establish the "White Coats," an elite division of medical troopers specialized in medical prowess and combat. This was helpful in securing a stalemate against Caesar's Legion. By 6/1/2278, he would retire from the New California Republic with various medals and a unique title tailored to very few wasteland legends: The Man in the White Duster. As of 10/19/2278, Isaiah Wolf currently works as an Advisor of the Followers of the Apocalypse and has made great strides and furthering their influence. It is unknown whether he is being considered to be the next Director as talks are undergoing. This includes a recent expedition into Seattle amidst the growing tensions between the Washington Brotherhood and The Occupants. Simiarly to before, he issued a more formal evacuation of the region, having seen it unstable with the upcoming nuclear winter which would've made garnering resources more scarce. [Concept] Will get flayed for this but fuck it, ya'll got too many toys.
ThunderWolf replied to ThunderWolf's topic in Denied
Before you ask, "Do Stealthboys Count?." No. That's equipment. -
What do you want to be changed? Set a cap limit for an amount of high-end weapons a faction can have. Explanation of suggestion? Please Note: If this were to be accept, it would take effect next wipe (6.0) considering that we're still in the midst of the current wipe (4.0-5.0)! Set a limit in which a faction can only have a certain amount of high-end weaponry and that once a faction has reached it's limit, they MUST remove/delete one or more of their current high-ends to acquire more. No, I do not mean F1 Menu stocks, this is how it would work: For example: Say factions cannot have more than 20 High-Ends (Set limit can be flexible). If a faction (Say a Core in this Instance) has reached the limit, they are unable to participate in auctions or buy their F1 Menu Stocks to acquire any new High-End weaponry unless they willingly delete whatever High-Ends they have stashed (in their officer storages). How or why does this benefit the server? I get it, you don't like this, but take a look at this from a realistic perspective: High-Ends are solely fielded to Officers+ and Uncommon to Rare occasions are these weapons fielded to NCOs outside of Wars This balances Cores against Customs, essentially "nerfing" them to make them no longer "cap barons" in auctions and essentially outbidding others for the better weaponry. This also nerfs customs that have their own versions of "Money Printers" (Hellcats, Outcasts, Think Tank, Khans) that make more money than lesser fortunate custom factions that have to make money manually (WBOS, COA, FOA, Tenpenny/House). This completely removes the aspect of "malicious bidding" Getting a weapon from auction you don't want simply cause you don't want the other to have it. (ex. NCR buying an ACR to not let Legion have it) Forces factions to strategize combat rather than mass-fielding over-powered weapons. Forces factions to make decisions to participate in one auction or hold off for the next, allowing a fair cycle of weapons to be sold each time. (Instead of simply participating each time!) The server caps at 100 players and not every faction has the ability to have players be on 24/7 grinding to compete against bigger opponents. I'm sick of the little guy getting the table scrapings at the buffet. Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion? It's not gonna be easy to keep track of logs and auctions as to who buys what, but it's worth it.

[Feature] Ah, a STRONG man to send to the mines!
ThunderWolf replied to ThunderWolf's topic in Denied
You don't but that's the balance that a WL like this would have: You get bonus strength to start off to allow you to immediately mine Tradeoff being that you suffer additional consequences when either mugged or enslaved Again, this is only for Wastelanders, you ain't gonna be seeing anyone with this WL (Unless they're a PF "Hopeful") wearing faction gear. Early wipe, this would've been a useful occupation given that the only way to acquire Slave Rags is either through PF or Legion given that it's faction neutral and sold off the BM. -
What do you want to be changed? New Whitelist concept for Wastelanders: Slave Whitelist Explanation of suggestion? A Concept for a new unique WL to be added for the Wastelanders' Faction, much like the Bounty Hunter WL: Players will spawn near towards PF/Legion's Base. This WL would grant players +10 Strength and a Pitt Slave Outfit to start off. Players who are in the Slave WL are sold for additional caps than normal Wastelanders (Preferably x2 more), Mugged for more and would serve an additional +5 minutes under slavery. How or why does this benefit the server? The bounty hunting WL is the only unique job-like WL implemented for the wastelanders faction. There should be more different types of occupations that could gradually change up a player's playstyle before they eventually decide to join a faction. Before people are concerned that this could be abused, let me reiterate, that this is for the WASTELANDERS WL, if they join any faction, they obvious don't have it no more. Are there any workshop add-ons or content needed for this suggestion? Dev. Back to the Fields.

Event Suggestion Format & Guidelines
ThunderWolf replied to ThunderWolf's topic in Event Suggestions
As of 10/4/2024, Only Senior NCOs and Below are more qualified to apply for Character Arc Events. Officers+ are allowed to apply but are very unlikely to be accepted as the little guy is given more priority. Exceptions are made on a case to case basis* *This is subject to change at a later date! -
Please clarify the type of event this will be: [ Faction ] - Faction Exclusive; Only for a specific faction. [ World ] - For everyone, it's a public event. [ Character ] - Special Event tied to one of your characters (Information Below*) [ Special ] - "DLC" Related Event (Something that takes place in a different location: TV Town, Wyoming, Sierra Madre, etc.) For "Character" Events: These are to be treated in a similar fashion to player perks/research. You MUST provide sufficient evidence to dictate why you want said event for your character's arc. Perks, Research Projects, Screenshots, Anything to convince Event Team that you've RP'ly earned it. Understand that "Character" Events will be ran through Event Team Lead and Staff Council. (Just so you don't get to cheat and freely become a "Synth" or "Mutant") Format: ======================================================== Event Short Description / Title: Event Story: Rewards (?): Note: Be aware that rewards must be broad or reasonable, anything too specific is likely not to be accepted, unless given permission by Staff Council! (A.K.A Gobi).

[Tenpenny Towers vs. Vault Tec Event] Heist of the Century
ThunderWolf replied to Pheral's topic in Denied

[Feature] Just add more stuff to the extractors

you ain't getting shit.

[Feature] stop making us pay for faction pay
ThunderWolf replied to The Crusader's topic in Accepted
Not to diss Angelini, but going back to the old faction pay system like, you can't be that fucking mental?? Just readjust the stock times, change the payment to zero, and make the restock timer 1 month. Problem solved. Literally regressing all this improvements to go back to "simpler times" isn't fixing the server. They're just adding more work on top of their workload than what there needs to be. The original concept was to make it more convenient to get fac pay than waiting on SC to provide it. +1 -
[Balance/Concept] Justice for the Server Side Slavers
ThunderWolf replied to Shepherd's topic in Accepted
Yea, it was custom ordered I believe, so why in the fuck did they even decide to remove it? +1 -
They're working on reworking gambling for us, it's probably on the back burner

No, I get that, the problem persists with the fact that for bad guy factions, they get set at a disadvantage having to buy PA training again each time they get PK'ed which is unfair given that good guys have little to no PK reasons. The problem now is, you look at methods for making money and so by removing the PA training upon death, PKs have no more ramifications, ON TOP of the fact that bad guys now are able to get more money than good guy factions through half-ass work through mugging while good guys scavenge and farm
