body count advantage = more active faction. OP F1 like you dont have bozar, ppsh, super sledge, ballistic fist, martini, and banners. mutants are fair I can't and could never defend them, BUT you can still 1 tap them. and then why did you need 6 traded guns for the event war?

2 raiders from fiends, 2 gyros from hellcats, and 2 weapons from WBOS, all for war...

After speaking to him they would find out that he was attempting to call his fellow Rangers to help him clear out a small band of raiders in the area terrorizing the local town. the whole point you brought up was cores dog piling and the only time and place that matters is wars so if you remove that aspect it works out

hey man remember in new vegas when NCR and BOS are like... allied? this was when the map was shit, most factions were shit, balance was genuinely at the shittiest spot it had ever been at. that was not NCR and BOS's fault now lets look at a good example 3.0 (5.0 map) bos and NCR alliance when they did synth man hunts and didnt completely dominate the server because legion was strong itself and it led to a shitload of great rp between the 2 factions that made both more enjoyable to play
