-1 You guys are fiending for faction armor. You guys tried to steal someone's armor in a sit with me by ghoulifying him. And I know it wasn't a joke or prank because you made a ticket about him navigating his inventory while under fearRP when you are not allowed to steal armor or any equipment using this method. You then asked if you could use mutifying to steal armor. And now this. Y'all really need to read the rules before attempting to steal faction armor.

I don't know if this has changed, but I thought unity had hunting rifles or a BAR that was supposed to be that? Also are you making a request for a particular gun or you'll take whatever?

As much as I want to agree with this, people on the forums have... Interesting opinions. Not saying I am perfect with balancing either, but I have seen some balance posts go so far out of topic, getting toxic or "ur faction dead why should you get it". I get flashbacks to when I tried to get the VT jumpsuits to be more than 10dr and our T45 to not be -35sr and that was one of the most controversial things I ever posted apparently, 22 down votes 22 upvotes. To quote that one Arab guy, "democracy is by the people, for the people, of the people... But the problem is....the people are retarded" That being said, weapon/armor changelogs should be a thing again. I'd like to know when the meta shifts if a particular gun has been nerfed or buffed, like the plasma rifle.

Your clip shows only a fraction of what was going on. So originally, we owned the extractor and you kill us, however, the bomb went off and wiped you out. It's our extractor, so we return (additionally, one of our guys who survived went over from the PVP vault, so we confirmed own it) [the killed members in a conflict can return if they win, but NOT before, that is something I think your guys are forgetting.] Ex: So for instance, if Joe and Bob are together and guarding extractor, and Joe gets killed, he CANNOT return to extractor (unless 15 minutes pass, per NLR) unless Bob wins and clears all hostiles. If Bob loses, it is lost. If Bob wins, Joe can return before NLR timer. (in my medal clip, that's about 2:03~ hours in of my session that the bomb went off) The rest of the log gets messy and hard to decipher, so I refer to my own medal clips of the full thing (I am using screenshots to avoid various crazy links, Staff can view the actual footage of the combat at request). At 2:09, Crya (T-60 with minigun) kills me at PVP vault, different extractor, different area, all good. Crya is then killed by a robobrain, which means I can return since we won the combat. Our guys, guarding the Oil refiner, kill an initiate (I BELIEVE to be you, logs again got funky at this point so someone else will have to confirm it, but they had the same gun and armor but then again, the bomb claimed almost all of outcasts when it went off.) at 2:11 of my clip At 2:12, Crya comes back and with me in the conflict now, kill him too. At 2:13, Crya shows up again. He kills me, but is killed again. I come back since we won the conflict. Due to extractors being time-sensitive, you winning through breaking NLR, we would lose the item. And a sit would allow other factions (survivalists) to take it. At this point, I inform in staff chat the outcast members keep returning to the extractor since this is the 3rd (or 2nd if you don't want to count the bomb moment) and I get the greenlight to kick them. To Clarify: I just ran the command, other staff members greenlit the move. At 2:14, all outcast members killed by the original explosion (again, assuming you count that towards the NLR), have returned and 2 people (Parrish and Crya, who is dead on the bottom left) have returned again after dying post-explosion. Because of the explosion thing being iffy with NLR, I don't kick Kevin, but the other two. Again, I think you misunderstand that if we win, we are allowed to return. We won all the encounters except for the last one, of which all your guys have returned who really should not have, to try and take the oil refinery. In the end, Survivalists kill us and take it, so we abided by NLR on our side and went to the other refinery. If the argument is "well it's a raid, they are allowed to return" I believe that's loopholing NLR by using a raid to come back to the same extractor. Raids not having NLR is intended for the raid.

Vault-Tec Born-in Applications Vault 98 It is not uncommon for a Vault's mainframe to control and monitor necessities like oxygen levels, water purity, etc. It is uncommon, however, for the Vault's mainframe to dictate and control the denizens of the Vault. Vault 98, headed by a supercomputer and backed by a very small team of human security and scientists, is set to create and store "robobrains", or robots that are controlled with a human brain in a jar. These human test subjects' thoughts, however, may not be their own... And what guides their moods may be more than just human thought. How long are these applications remaining open? Until next Wipe 1.) Do you understand you will most likely be a robobrain (with few exceptions) [Y/N]? (If you wish to be a human, make a lore-case for it). Restriction lifted from having to be a Robobrain. You can be Robobrain or human freely (specify which you want to be) 2.) You will be expected to install a personality chip of some sort that will color your RP interaction (varying from mild to extreme), do you understand (Y/N)? 3.) What is your characters name? 4.) What is your steam ID? (Not steam name) 5.) What is your discord ID? 6.) Why are you interested in having a Vault-Tec™ character? 7.) What's your other characters and/or factions you're in or have previously been in? If @Garrus, @Jarhead or @Phantom thumbs up your application, it is accepted. This faction is legacy born-in

Approved Good job, it will be given to the Hellcats.

Vault-Tec 4.0 Born-in Applications Vault 86 It's not often a Vault opens up to the world with the same residents that inhabited originally from some 200 years ago, but then again, Vault 86 is not a typical Vault. Between the rancid smell of decayed flesh that permeates the Vault and the opinions of residents that seem to be out-of-the-times, Vault 86 is not so much a beacon of hope, but a grandfather clock. The original inhabitants agreed to the experiments in the promises of greatly extending their lifespan, but it did come at a price. Not all residents survived the process, and those who do survive do not come out all in one piece... One thing is for certain, they sacrificed everything for a chance at immortality, and they will not want to give that up. How long are these applications remaining open? Until next Wipe 1.) What is your character's role in Vault-Tec™ (Robobrain, Security or Tunnel Snake [You can transfer to Science from one of these divisions later])? 2.) What is your characters name? 3.) What is your steam ID? (Not steam name) 4.) What is your discord ID? 5.) Why are you interested in having a Vault-Tec™ character? 6.) Do you understand you have to be a Pre-war Ghoul? (N/Y) 8.) What's your other characters and/or factions you're in or have previously been in? If @Garrus or @Jarhead thumbs up your application, it is accepted. This faction is legacy born-in

Kaz part of that was because that was accepted in like, 2.0 by a completely different SC. I don't keep track of every single suggestion that is accepted/denied at all times, especially in 1.0/2.0 that had stuff accepted, and I doubt newer SC members like Observer do as well. As for the "forgotten and ignored" part, that's why there is "accepted but not done" to address that specific issue. Staff Council isn't a monolith, it changes. I denied the last post as a joke, if you paid attention to the divide discord, we have a new community manager right now (and a very capable one at that).

Denied (I'm joking, we have a new one right now)

1.) We already had a plan of doing this for territories, but it can be extended to "HQ" areas as well, though it'll be balanced out for less desireable bases (in terms of defense) getting better "utilities". 2.) 50-50 on it, but we do not want to too many factions too move in with cores because there were not enough decent/available bases. We do not need 3 factions living within NCR or Legion or Unity, etc. 3.) How do you expect people to conquest TT? Good luck trying to figure that out. Additionally, VT's Vault is their faction perk, so that's out of the question (and RP wise it wouldn't make sense, VT without a Vault is just not VT - look at NCR, GK, Boomers, Fiends, etc). Same with letting cores (conquest?) House? that's not really a good idea. We do want to encourage more conquests and we are PLANNING (not 100% set in stone) to make bases for factions ideally (like a clinic for FOA, a slave-like area for PF) but it will be a "first come, first serve" for those, not assigned from the get-go. 4.) People really hated the idea of core faction influence, but it'll depend on how close the bases are on the more final version of the map, so we will see.

It was denied because Tonio said it, but because you said it Mikvik, +1

Divide is a non-profit Charity, actually. All proceeds go to the defense fund of Israel (they need it badly).

Holy shit you're still talking! I hope you are doing well!
